Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in higher education, disability services, recruitment, enrollment, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and proctor exams for students with approved testing accommodations.
  • Ensure a secure, confidential, and supportive testing environment with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with faculty, students, and Accessibility Services to schedule accommodated exams.
  • Support ADA, Section 504, FERPA, and university policies.
  • Assist with information sessions, campus tours, outreach activities, and enrollment events.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students and their families.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and support communication campaigns.
  • Provide centralized and general office support for Student Affairs and Enrollment.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work with students, faculty, and staff across our Colleges of Nursing, Pharmacy, and Dental Medicine while developing skills in student services, enrollment, compliance, and higher education administration.
