Job summary

University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Accessibility Operations, Testing & Assessment in Fort Worth. This role leads disability-related testing services and accommodations, ensuring ADA compliance and efficient operations within the Office of Disability Access.

The position supervises staff, maintains testing workflows, and contributes to assessment and strategic initiatives within the Division of Student Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with ADA, Section 504, and disability services best practices.
• Experience with data collection, reporting, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for disability-related testing services,including accommodations and exam security.
• Supervise the Testing Associate and part-time staff, including hiring and scheduling.
• Maintain a caseload of students with accommodations and provide direct support.
• Lead departmental assessment, reporting, and data management activities.
• Oversee accessibility systems, workflows, and the TES accommodation management software.
• Assist with strategic planning, policy development, and operational initiatives.
• Conduct regular training sessions for Chief Proctors and Proctors on testing procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the computer-based testing system and secure item bank.
