Utah Valley University is seeking a dedicated student to join the Accessibility Remediation Team within the Office of Teaching & Learning. The role focuses on making course resources accessible, addressing headings, alt-text, lists, reading order, color, font, and layout. Training is provided, and internships may be available for certain majors.

Candidates should be UVU students, proficient in MS Office, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Must be a current UVU student.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter capable of learning new software tools and solving problems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Remediate documents to comply with accessibility guidelines (WCAG2.0).
• Ensure proper headings, alt-text, bulleted lists, reading order, colors, fonts and layout.
• Support instructional design and support services staff; training provided.
