The Office of Accessibility, a unit reporting through the Provost’s Office at Auburn University, is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and thoughtful colleague to function as an Accessibility Accommodation Specialist. The individual selected will engage students with disabilities in an interactive process to develop accommodation plans, provide support for a caseload of students, refer students to appropriate campus resources, and provide education and training to campus and community partners.
SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED FOR EXPERIENCE: Yes, When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
