Job summary

Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) is seeking an accessibility specialist to conduct Section 508 remediation on reports and digital assets. You will fix and format PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, and multimedia to WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A and AA, and test interfaces with screen readers and keyboard navigation.

You will develop templates for company documents, ensure deliverables meet tight timelines, and coordinate workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Section 508 compliance and document remediation.
• Advanced Microsoft Word and SharePoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage several projects under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automated and manual Section 508 remediation on reports, studies and digital assets
• Fix and format PDFs, Word, PowerPoint and multimedia to WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A and AA
• Test user interfaces with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
• Develop templates and formats for company documents
