Job summary

Holy Cross College at Notre Dame’s McKenna Library seeks an Access Services Specialist who will provide front-line circulation desk coverage during assigned hours, supporting students and faculty and ensuring orderly access to resources.

Reporting to the Director of Library Services, you will manage circulation across Folio, Tipasa, and FiNDit, maintain reserves, and help with cross-training and updating the library website. This role emphasizes courteous service and independent organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Library services experience, especially circulation, preferred.
• Familiarity with scholarly information sources and citation styles helpful.
