Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Indianapolis territory, including Cincinnati, Dayton, and Lafayette. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, provider education, and payer requirements, and collaborate with sales, PECS, and MCS to ensure patient access.

This role requires up to 75% travel, on-site engagement with HCPs, and strong relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, account management or provider offices.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill processes, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and business planning.
• Stay updated on payer policies and market dynamics.
