Job summary

Allied Universal® in Richmond, VA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Point Monitoring to safeguard clients across technology, media, and telecom sites. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and deliver professional customer service while reflecting our values of integrity, reliability, and caring.

Daytime shift: Tue–Sat 04:00 PM–12:00 AM, Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour. This position offers training, career growth, and comprehensive benefits through Allied Universal®.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records and issue/recover credentials.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeters to identify unauthorized activity.
