The ideal candidate has an Associates degree or substantial related experience in a VMG office or Valley scheduling, with healthcare knowledge, strong communication, and empathy to support continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree required; alternative: 1 year in VMG office or 3 years Valley scheduling experience.
• Health care experience with medical terminology and managed care preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service in a call center environment preferred.
