You will act as a liaison among referring providers, patients, and specialists to ensure continuity of care with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or 1 year in VMG specialty office or 3 years in Valley scheduling position.
• Healthcare experience with medical terminology and managed care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and empathy.
• Ability to work in a high-volume call center with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals in VMG and Valley Hospital.
• Facilitate access to services and convert calls into appointments.
• Liaise between referring providers, patients, and specialists to support continuity of care.
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service to diverse populations and maintain accurate records.
