Job summary

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) Office of Mental Health in Conway, SC seeks a Mental Health Professional II/Access Crisis Supervisor to oversee the Access/Crisis Team and provide direct supervision of staff. You will ensure clinical standards, supervise productivity, and manage service delivery for adults and families.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in guidance, counseling or social sciences, 3 years in clinical counseling, and OMH

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences.
• Three (3) years of experience in a clinical counseling program.
• Must meet OMH credentialling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to staff in individual and group settings, including live observations.
• Deliver training to staff on clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Provide daily management and oversight of screening assessments and crisis intervention services.
• Provide administrative supervision including EPMS evaluations and required paperwork.
• Serve as backup for Mobile Crisis and coordinate with Directors.
• Complete and submit clinical service notes within 24 hours.
