The State of South Carolina, Office of Mental Health (DBHDD) seeks a Mental Health Professional II/Team Lead for the ACT Program in Conway, SC. You will supervise the ACT team, provide clinical oversight, and deliver evidence-based services to adults with serious mental illness in community settings.

You will ensure documentation meets BHDD/QA standards, lead meetings, promote cultural considerations in care, and pursue professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in guidance, counseling or social sciences; 3 years' experience with adults with SMI; 2 years postgrad.
• Must hold SC license: psychologist, LISW-CP, LPC or LMFT.
• Supervisory experience required in a mental health setting.
• Credentialing requirements include specific coursework in OMH credentialing process.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the administrative operation of the team.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure ethical care.
• Provide direct services to ACT beneficiaries.
• Ensure services documented per BHDD/QA requirements.
• Supervise ACT team members and conduct supervisor/treatment team meetings.
• Incorporate cultural affairs into EPMS planning as a measurable objective.
• Comply with Corporate Compliance Policy and Risk Management Plan.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and licensure.
• Present clear oral and written reports to colleagues.
