Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) is seeking a Mental Health Professional II to supervise the Assertive Community Treatment Team in Orangeburg. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate trainings, and complete staff evaluations to deliver community-based care that meets fidelity and ethical standards.

A Master’s degree and licensure as LISW-CP, LMFT, or LPC are required; flexible hours and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or related field.
• License as LISW-CP, LMFT, or LPC required post-hire.
• Ability to lift 5 lbs and operate a state vehicle.
• Must have flexible schedule and be available during emergencies.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations of the ACT team.
• Provide clinical oversight ensuring services meet needs and best practices.
• Coordinate training, supervise staff, and conduct evaluations.
• Present clear oral and written reports and document services per OMH/QA.
