Job summary

River Valley Health is seeking an Access Coordinator Level 1 to support patient access to healthcare services at our Morristown, TN site. This regular full-time role handles calls, patient registration, scheduling, and communication between patients and providers.

You will guide patients on required documentation, pre-appointment instructions, and insurance questions. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged; we offer a nonprofit culture with work-life balance and a generous PTO package.

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm(no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time, 40/hour per week

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.

Locations available: Morristown, TN, In-Person

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in similar roles preferred but not required.
