Job summary

CBX Solutions in Dover, DE is seeking a Managed Services Administrator to oversee access control and video systems for our security integration division across commercial and multifamily facilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience administering access control software such as Acre Feenics and Honeywell Pro-Watch.
• Experience configuring access control and surveillance systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination strongly preferred due to job site and Federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for managed and hosted access control systems.
• Provide remote support to field technicians during commissioning and service.
• Review system implementation with customers and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Communicate issues with Installation and/or Service teams as necessary.
• Complete work orders, recording time and materials uses accurately.
• Provide administration of Acre Feenics access control software for hosted and managed access control customers.
