Qualifications

• 3 years of software technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Genetec key access control technology for the Dahlonega Campus, including being on call outside working hours for emergencies.
• Monitor the 25Live event scheduler to ensure after-hours access is approved and manage holiday closures.
• Assign access levels to cardholders and back up for time zones, imports, and access removals as needed.
• Provide training on the Access Control System to Genetec users and assist with campus system transitions for other campuses.
• Maintain compliance and record-keeping for access control and assist with annual access control audits.
• Support physical key distribution and Access Office activities, including card services, 25Live, and parking.
