Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Technician in Richardson, TX to monitor and protect client locations, manage access control and provide customer service to tenants and visitors. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, complete reports, and collaborate with site management to maintain secure operations across a commercial real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Patrols and incident response experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Legal eligibility and background check required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular/ random patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access control activity and visitor/contractor flow.
• Complete reports and communicate observations to management.
