Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients while following site policies and emergency procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor/contractor entry, and document incidents.
Respond to access-control alarms and incidents following escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders regarding access-control matters.
