Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management while following site security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies per established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report unusual activity.
• Communicate observations and complete reports per site policies.
