• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and access-related concerns to appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
