Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and report issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, distribution operations, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and policy violations with clear, accurate reports.
