Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of facilities and report unusual conditions or access attempts.
• Complete activity and access-control reports while keeping sensitive information confidential.
