Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as per state/local regulations; valid driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Control entry/exit points; verify credentials and log visitors.
• Screen vehicles and deliveries; document irregularities and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, and perimeter.
