The position is full-time with a pay rate of $18.03 per hour, involving day and night shifts, routine patrols, and responsive incident handling according to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
