Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Management in Coatesville, PA. You will manage site entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location.

This full-time role offers daytime schedules and a $16.00 per hour pay rate. Eligible individuals participate in required background checks and drug screening as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only, depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe inbound/outbound vehicle traffic; support gate and delivery procedures; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
