Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to supervision.
