This full-time role offers daytime schedules and a $16.00 per hour pay rate. Eligible individuals participate in required background checks and drug screening as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only, depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe inbound/outbound vehicle traffic; support gate and delivery procedures; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor and contractor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, support gate and delivery procedures, and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, business operations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
