Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors through site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and notify site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to supervision.
