Qualifications

• Guard card/license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents following site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of facility entrances, perimeters, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete incident reports and shift documentation.
