Allied Universal in Crystal Springs, MS is hiring a Security Officer - Access Control to protect client sites across manufacturing and industrial environments. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and perform routine patrols while delivering outstanding customer service.

This full-time role supports a dynamic team and uses computer or tablet systems to document security activity, respond to incidents, and communicate with site contacts and responders as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations, notifying site contacts and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of industrial facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeters, reporting issues.
• Deter unauthorized access by enforcing check-in procedures and documenting incidents.
