Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by following security procedures.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, cameras and report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
