Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 06:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Tue – 06:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Wed – 06:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Thur – 06:00 AM – 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, interior areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, orderly environment by directing visitors, supporting badge and key control processes, and reporting policy violations or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Hold a state, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
