Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with access control and badges preferred.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at aerospace/defense site.
• Manage access points, verify credentials, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct patrols of access points and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized entry.
• Report unusual activity and equipment issues through established channels.
