Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response.
• Monitor access points and verify IDs; manage sign-in for visitors.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access following site procedures.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and dock areas.
