Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access-control and badge experience preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and parking areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and log access-control transactions during shift handoffs.
