Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access by verifying identifications, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery appointments.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, driver, and vehicle entry records; issue and collect access credentials as directed by policy.
• Respond to incidents and report relevant information to site leadership and supervision.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify anomalies.
