Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle activity, coordinate with receiving and shipping personnel, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
