As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Verification in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery appointments in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, driver, and vehicle entry records; issue and collect access credentials as directed by site policy.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly report relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
