Job summary

Allied Universal, Evansville, IN, is seeking a Security Officer Access Management to safeguard clients across industries. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, document visitor and vehicle activity, and provide exceptional customer service while remaining a visible presence.

This full-time role pays $17.22 per hour with a daytime schedule. Minimum requirements include being 18+ (21+ for armed posts), a high school diploma, successful background check and drug screen, and a valid

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site procedures.
• Control entry and exit of personnel, contractors, deliveries, and/or vehicles to help support authorized access to the facility and operational areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly report observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
