You will support access control by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and monitoring entry points while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Lifting 20+ lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify credentials at access points.
• Issue temporary badges and direct approved individuals.
• Monitor doors and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist emergency procedures.
• Conduct patrols and document observations.
