Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Registration Driver in Axis, AL. You will safeguard clients across various sites, manage entry points, verify credentials, and provide excellent customer service while upholding company values.

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. The role requires complying with site procedures, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate entry/exit records during shifts scheduled Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sat.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor badges as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, escalating discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, business facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations.
