Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a Security Officer Full Time Badge Processing Driver in Pittston, PA. You will support badge processing, manage access control, verify credentials, and provide excellent customer service at a retail distribution location.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, computer or tablet proficiency, and prior access control or badge experience. Candidates should be 18+ and pass a background check and drug screen; armed positions require 21+.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with access control/badge management preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Observe inbound/outbound traffic, report unauthorized access, deter theft or trespassing, and document observations.
