• Proficiency in using computers or tablets for communication and task management.
• Customer service experience preferred; ability to communicate professionally via email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Screen deliveries and shipments per site procedures and report irregularities to management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to identify security concerns.
