Allied Universal® in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Security Officer - Access Control Monitor to safeguard clients at a busy logistics site. You will verify credentials, manage entry points, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.

As a full-time role, you will follow site procedures, document access events using tablet systems, and support a secure, collaborative environment that values teamwork and integrity on every shift.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet to document activity.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Control access by verifying identification, credentials, and maintaining records.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and access points per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter.
