Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access to facility entrances and restricted areas; issue badges as directed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records related to access activity and incidents.
