Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access records.
• Screen deliveries, vendors, and contractors per site procedures and food production requirements.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document events.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, perimeter, and designated areas.
