Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communicate observations to site leadership.
