Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site procedures.
• Monitor access control points, verify ID and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and log activity.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain logs, access records, and incident reports.
