Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and documenting entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct routine patrols of access areas, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident documentation per site requirements.
