Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Electronic Credential Administration in Allentown, PA to safeguard clients across industries. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support visitors with excellent customer service.

This full-time role pays $18.50 per hour and requires basic computer or tablet proficiency, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Shift schedule runs DayTime Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Computer or tablet literacy is preferred.
• Candidates should be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and meet state licensing where applicable.
• Background check and drug screen are required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Monitor and control facility access by verifying credentials and directing approved personnel.
• Document arrivals/departures and maintain logs and incident reports per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate observations to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas to identify unusual conditions.
